Bee Speak is a 2 minute animated installation piece that enters into a humming hive as bees use the “waggle dance” to give directions to specific meadows. Created for a multimedia installation curated by Max Nemhauser focusing on the honey bee. Four artists were asked to follow their own line of inquiry. Puppets and sets were constructed from beeswax, yarn, polymer clay, fabric and wire. November 2019
